Elis Expands Swiss Presence with Acquisition of WÄSCHEREI BODENSEE

Elis, the global circular services leader, has acquired WÄSCHEREI BODENSEE AG in Switzerland. This acquisition solidifies Elis's presence in the country and expands their Healthcare customer portfolio.

WÄSCHEREI BODENSEE operates two laundries in Switzerland's central and eastern regions, providing rental-maintenance services primarily for hospitals, nursing homes, and hospitality businesses. With 220 employees, the management team will remain in place to drive the company's growth.

The acquisition, effective January 1, 2025, is expected to contribute approximately €27 million in revenue annually.
